How do you make yourself better, day to day, month to month, year to year? Among the many blogs/books/articles I read, I have spent thousands of dollars in professional services to be the best person, coach, athlete, leader, entrepreneur I can be.

Here is a list of mentors, coaches and programs that I currently use or have used in the past:

SEALFit – Mark Devine
Landmark Education
Brian MacKenzie
Jeremy Thiel – Garage Gym Blueprint
Craig Patterson
Sally Hope
Alex Iglecia
Todd Herman
Kelly Starrett
Tim Lajcik
Frank Gagliano
Jillian Ross

The above does not include specialty seminars I’ve attended through CrossFit.com. When I get a chance to write it all down, it seems like a lot! But then I reflect, “How good do I want to be?”

The answer always is, “The best!” Thus, I make no compromises or excuses. The above are some of the best in their expertise or field of knowledge and I feel very blessed to have worked with all of them.

So how do you make yourself better than yesterday? Perhaps you should consider investing in yourself so that one day you may in turn invest it into others :)

Never Let It Rest,
Brendon
